Owners live on site to provide 24 hour safety for your horse.
The 15 stall barn features 3/4" equine matts and sliding doors on all stalls, concrete center ailes, feed room, 2 washracks (one with hot water), tack room, restroom, washer/dryer, and microwave and fridge for client use.
	The 125' x 80' Indoor arena features a soft sand surface.  Excellent for all weather/year round riding.
Our 105' x 210' outdoor arena also features soft sand footing and a full course of hunter jumps.
	There are 3 turnout areas fenced with 2x4 horseman's non-climb and a flex fence top rail for visability which provide safe daily turnout.
Come relax in the beautiful shaded common area with lush grass perfect for hand grazing or a picnic lunch at the barn.
